Please then complete your self assessment.
Please think about who you would like feedback from, this must include your line manager and another 10 -12 people across the following groups.

Peer | Those at the same level/undertaking similar role |
Others at RWM | Colleagues from all levels of RWM |
External Stakeholder | Those external to your organisation (NDA Group, board members & other relevant externals e.g. BEIS/Nuclear sector regulators) |

We’re conscious that some colleagues may think that an NDA Leadership standard wouldn’t apply to them, if they are not a line manager for instance, but it does of course. All of us can take the opportunity to lead in our day to day business as members of the RWM ‘team’ and also of course to engage with what we might more traditionally consider the ‘leaders’ of the organisation, so this is a framework for all. As you might expect the questions have been tailored to make it easier to see that link and we hope this will also begin to embed the leadership standard across RWM.
